Easy 4 Ingredient Toffee

My daughter loves the hard toffees. You know the ones I’m talking about…I think there’s literally only one brand of candy maker with a hard toffee. Anyway, let me share a little secret with you. Toffee is just about the easiest thing in the world to make. And this Easy 4 Ingredient Toffee will have you wondering why you didn’t make it sooner!

Toffee isn’t just for snacking on. You can actually break it up into small pieces and add it to different desserts. I put them in cookies, pies, cheesecakes, etc. If you want to add another ingredient, you can pour chocolate chips over the top while the toffee is still warm, let it melt, and then spread it evenly. That’s a pretty popular candy at Christmastime.

I like to add tiny pieces of toffee to my oatmeal cookies or blondies.
