I’m not sure what’s better about this coffee milkshake; the taste or the caffeine buzz. It’s the perfect treat for a hot summer day. But don’t take my word for it. It only takes a few minutes to whip one up!
The best coffee milkshake starts with coffee ice cream. Obviously! But then I take it a step further and add instant coffee granules. I like Nescafe.
Finally, I top it off with whipped cream and Callebaut chocolate pearls. They give the milkshake a nice little crunch. ?
Doesn’t that look delicious?!? I’m a HUGE fan of coffee, so this is like the most perfect dessert for me. Let the kids have the strawberry, cookie dough and Oreo ice cream. Give me ALL the coffee ice cream!

Coffee Ice Cream 3 scoops
Whole Milk 2/3 cup
Nescafe Instant Coffee Granules 1 packet
Whipped Cream 1/2 cup
- In a blender or container of an immersion hand blender, add ice cream, milk and coffee granules. Mix on high speed until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream.
- Optional: add chocolate pearls or shavings.
