Cinnamon Sugar Mix

This will probably be the easiest recipe I ever post, but you’ll be glad I did! This cinnamon sugar mix is the perfect ratio of granulated sugar to ground cinnamon. I keep this in the pantry because we use it all the time.

All you need for this mix is superfine granulated sugar and your favorite ground cinnamon. I prefer Penzeys Cinnamon. They have several different types of ground cinnamon from all over the world. Each one has a distinct flavor. Try them all and see which ones are your favorite! No, I’m not being paid for this. ? I just really really love the quality of their spices.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl until there are no clumps. If your sugar is really clumpy, you can sift it. You can store it in an airtight container at room temperature for several months.

We use this mix on buttered toast, French toast, Snickerdoodle Cookies, and more!
